3. Annika Bergmann ART: Intuitive painting

I am a very structured person. But my art is my respite from thinking ahead and problem solving. It is intuitive and not strategic, it evolves organically and is not planned out to the last detail. Much of how a painting turns out is due to how different paints, water, painting mediums and the surface happen to interact with each other.

I paint from my studio near Munich, Germany where I live with my young daughter, husband and cat.
